Otabek reels him back in one more time before he can vanish. His hands are steady, sure, no hesitation. He pulls the rest of Yuri's hair down, efficiently, hands him the ties, runs his fingers through it just a moment, to get it to lay a little better. He tugs up the neck on his jacket a bit, hiding the mark he made, that Yuri's not aware of yet. The whole thing isn't done either tenderly or like it's a burden, it's just something that needs to be done, so he does it.

It's not complicated.

Neither is pulling Yuri back in for a final kiss,

"See you at dinner?" it's a question, but it's rhetorical, more a confirmation that he's going out to dinner and an invitation for Yuri. But there's no real answer needed and probably no time for one anyway, before he's back out in the flashing lights.

This time, he does actually manage a smile. One reporter gets a really good shot of it, even.
